通报内容
该决议草案提议批准根据欧洲议会和理事会2023年6月14日关于机械的法规(EU)2023/1230制定的机械技术法规，并废除欧洲议会和理事会指令2006/42/EC以及理事会指令73/361/EEC。决议草案还规定：符合乌克兰内阁2013年1月30日第62号决议批准的《机械安全技术条例》要求的、在本决议生效之日前已投入流通的产品，不得因不符合本决议批准的新技术条例的要求而被禁止或限制投放市场；根据乌克兰内阁2013年1月30日第62号决议批准的《机械安全技术法规》颁发的型式检验证书和质量管理体系批准决定应在到期日之前保持有效。
