美国对铝制餐具发起反规避调查

2025年7月11日，应the Aluminum Foil Containers Manufacturers Association及其成员企业Durable Packaging International; D&W Fine Pack, LLC; Handifoil Corp.;Penny Plate, LLC; Reynolds Consumer Products, LLC; Shah Foil Products, Inc.;Smart USA, Inc.和Trinidad/Benham Corp.的申请，美国商务部对进口自中国的铝制餐具（Disposable Aluminum Containers, Pans,Trays, and Lids）反倾销和反补贴案发起反规避调查。审查是否进口自泰国和越南的使用中国产铝箔制成的铝制餐具以规避美国对中国涉案产品现行反倾销和反补贴措施。本案主要涉及美国海关编码7615.10.7125项下产品。

2024年6月6日，美国商务部对进口自中国的铝制餐具发起反倾销和反补贴调查。2025年3月4日，美国商务部对进口自中国的铝制餐具作出反倾销和反补贴终裁。
